About Mashtronics
Mashtronics strives for global leadership in wire processing machinery and construction machinery by improving the quality of machines.
Mashtronics was founded by Mr. Vladan Radojevic as service company for construction machines in 1999. Mashtronics was solely a service company, supplying factory in Europe with machines maintenance, spare parts and machines automation.
By increasing the experience in machine maintance of Vladan Radojevic in 2001 marked the beginning of Mashtronics ascent into the production for wire processing machines.
Today, Mashtronics is specialized factory focused in wire processing and construction machines. Our production, development and distribution of our machines is making success with quality product, quality service and prices with European standards ( CE and ISO 9001:2008 certification).
The quality of Mashtronics products is confirmed by a large number of customers both in our country and the countries of former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Italy, Israel, Sudan, Slovakia, Algeria, Tunisia, Lithuania….
Our Products
Wire Mesh Welding Machines
Mesh welding machines for the production of reinforcing mesh in panel or reinforcing mesh in roll working with coil-coil wire or pre-cut wire.
Wire Drawing Machines
Mashtronics manufactures the various types of wire drawing machines for low, medium, high carbon or stainless steel wire rod. Machines are used to reduce the cross-section of a wire by pulling the wire through drawing dies.
Wire Straightening and Cutting Machines
Machines are used for straightening and cutting wire on the precise given length. Wire range is from 2.5 mm to 16 mm with speed up to 180 m/min.
Stirrup Bending Machines
Stirrup bending machines are used to bend wire on the precise given shape. Machine is controlled by SERVO motors. Stirrup Bender can produce different kind of 2D shapes.
Wire Mesh Fence Machines
Machines are used to produce chain link fence, grassland fence, euro 3D panel fence, welded wire mesh box.
